Today, following a fresh rebrand, Blue Mezcal Hospitality Group proudly operates five locations across three distinct concepts, each one reflecting a commitment to quality, culture, and community.

In 2011, they founded El Azteca Dover. Its warm reception and rapid growth led to the opening of El Azteca Camden just three years later in 2014. By 2016, Delaware’s most beloved beach town welcomed El Azteca Rehoboth, expanding the family’s presence along the coast.

In 2020, recognizing the need to evolve, the group refreshed its image while honoring the richness of traditional Mexican cuisine. This vision came to life with the opening of Blue Mezcal Restaurant Middletown, a modern concept that carefully balances innovation with authenticity.

Guided by values of honesty, growth, and excellence, the group embraced a bold new direction in 2024 with the launch of Jackson House. This elevated dining experience features refined cuisine by Chef Chamaigne and distinctive, handcrafted cocktails by mixologist Selena Alvarez, creating a space where flavor and creativity meet.
